Dear Piero,

thank you for the invitation for the Paris meeting on 6 December to commemorate Leo Matarasso.

I would have liked to see you and other friends again on this occasion and enjoy all the opportunities human opportunities offered by a restricted meeting.

But unfortunately I cannot be there, as the overload of work in the Cassation and the need to be near Gabriella, who has to fight with various infirmities.
